When the loan value has been agreed upon, we will explain the terms of the loan contract. You will receive your funds immediately, in the form that works best for you, as soon as the paperwork is signed.

Jewelry loans at AAA Family Gems are always written for a four-month period, and we offer the most competitive interest rates in our industry. Loans can be redeemed any time during the contract term with payment of the principal amount, as well as any charges or interest accrued during the loan interval.
Loans can be rewritten and extended for an additional four months, simply by paying the interest and charges developed during the initial loan period. Our staff will be happy to review the details and conditions of your contract to make sure you are comfortable with with the loan before the paperwork is finalized. The fees and length of each loan is regulated by the State of California, and we are licensed by the State.

Your jewelry collateral will be safe and secure while in our possession. All items will be stored in bank vaults located on site.
We also offer our clients the option to seal and sign their belongs before they leave our store, ensuring your belongings will remain untouched while the loan is active and up-to-date.
